Online Missionary Training
Summary:
Reflejo has identified the development of a training program as a strategic priority. This training arm will create the opportunity for Reflejo to develop its own training resources such as digital and printed materials, online courses, and live trainings for the purpose of training its members. Trainings will be geared both towards (1) equipping team members and volunteers in the organization to be able to better fulfill their functions as well as (2) towards external audiences such as ministry partners and churches being mobilized to promote further engagement and interaction with Reflejo and the Great Commission. Some advances already made towards this goal include the development of the Reflejo LMS to host digital courses. We have recently created an online platform and 5 basic courses, some that include mentoring. This year, our goal is to expand our training capacity with 8 new courses.

Development of New Courses and Coaching Opportunity
Reflejo is looking to develop 8 new courses on topics such as Support Raising, Introduction to Muslim Ministries, Language Learning and much more. A framework of basic, intermediate, and advanced training on some of these topics will be created to engage diverse audiences such as sending churches, missionaries and even team and regional leaders.
