South East Asia

Summary:

South East Asia is a region that includes several countries with little or no gospel access. Countries like India, China, Indonesia, and others need the gospel. At Reflejo, we have a heart for the unreached in these places. In Latin America, we have encountered a large number of candidates with a calling to these countries, and in 2023, Reflejo began sending missionaries to the region.

Our regional field leadership focuses on equipping, sending, and accompanying Latin missionaries in South East Asia. Our missionaries learn the language and culture of the context where they go and seek relationally to share the gospel and disciple local believers to see gospel movements birthed in these communities.

1. Fabian & Betty - Field Directors
   After 60 years of combined experience in the field, Fabian & Betty felt the call from God to dedicate this season of their lives to investing in the next generation of missionaries to the unreached. Their background and spiritual wisdom combine to provide highly contextualized mentoring that leads to Reflejo missionaries thriving on the field navigating their life and ministry in a way that provides safety, longevity, and long-term impact. 2. New Fields Research
   We want to be wise in expanding to new regions. Reflejo makes sure that field surveys, developing partnerships, knowledge of the current cultural climate, and opportunities are conducted and aligned prior to placing missionaries in unreached contexts. Project Need - $7500
